Hello!
We are so happy you’re here.
Amy earned her Bachelor’s degree in Family Life Education and her Master’s degree in Social Work from Spring Arbor University. She is a Limited Licensed Master Social Worker (LLMSW), Certified ADHD Coach, Certified Yoga Therapist with over 15 years of experience, Certified Holistic Child Therapist, Certified Holistic Sex Therapist, and Reiki practitioner.
Amy specializes in supporting children, teens, adults, couples, and families navigating ADHD, anxiety, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, life transitions, and the everyday demands of modern life. She is passionate about helping individuals better understand how their brains work while building practical strategies that create lasting change. Whether clients are newly diagnosed with ADHD or have struggled for years, Amy provides compassionate guidance without judgment, shame, or the expectation of perfection.
Her approach is holistic, collaborative, and client centered, blending evidence based psychotherapy with mind body practices. Drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused Therapy, yoga therapy, mindfulness, Ayurvedic principles, and nervous system regulation, Amy helps clients strengthen executive functioning skills, improve emotional regulation, reduce overwhelm, and develop sustainable routines that work for their unique lives, not against them.
As a Certified Yoga Therapist, Amy believes healing happens when we care for the whole person. She incorporates movement, breathwork, mindfulness, somatic awareness, and relaxation techniques when appropriate to help clients regulate their nervous systems, increase self-awareness, and build resilience. Her background in yoga therapy allows her to support both the emotional and physical impacts of stress, trauma, and ADHD in a way that is practical and accessible.
Amy believes that every individual is the expert on their own life. She creates a warm, supportive, and judgment-free environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to discover their strengths. Her goal is to help clients move beyond simply managing symptoms and toward building fulfilling, balanced lives with greater confidence, connection, and self compassion.
Whether you’re seeking support for ADHD, emotional regulation, relationships, parenting, stress management, or personal growth, Amy is committed to meeting you where you are and helping you create meaningful, lasting change. She offers both virtual and in person services and welcomes a free 15 minute consultation to explore how she can support your journey.
